Last updated 17 July 2026. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don’t sell your data, and we tell you what the third-party links do.
Who we are
Divot & Draw (“we”, “us”) is a golf-gear review website published by Type 5 Marketing LLC. You can reach us at info@divotanddraw.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit, solely to reply to you. We don’t add you to a marketing list.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not use it to identify you personally.
- We do not run accounts, store payment details, or knowingly collect information from children.
Affiliate links and cookies
Our product links route through a redirect that tags them for the Amazon Associates programme. When you click through and buy, Amazon may set a cookie that credits us with a commission — at no extra cost to you. Any purchase then happens entirely on Amazon under Amazon’s own privacy policy; we never see your payment information. See our affiliate disclosure for how this funds the site.
Third parties
The main third parties that may process data as you use this site are Google (Analytics), Amazon (affiliate links and product data), and our hosting/email providers used to deliver the site and handle contact-form messages. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
- You can use browser or extension controls to opt out of analytics tracking.
- You can ask us to delete a contact-form message you sent by emailing info@divotanddraw.com.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
